Refund and cancellation policy

Custom work (songs and thumbnails)

• Each custom order includes one free revision of the delivered work.
• If the delivered work is not as described in the service listing and we cannot fix it with a revision, you get a full refund of that order.
• You can cancel before we start work for a full refund. Once work has started, a refund is given only if the work is not as described.
• Ask within 14 days of delivery.

Monthly thumbnail plans

• Plans renew every month. You can cancel any time before the next renewal, and you will not be charged again.
• You keep access to the current month you already paid for. We do not refund part-months unless the work was not as described.
• Unused thumbnails do not carry over to the next month.

Digital downloads

• Because files are delivered instantly, we do not refund for change of mind.
• If a file does not work or is not as described, write to us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.

Printed goods (shirts, stickers and other shop items)

• Items are printed when you order, so we cannot take back items ordered in the wrong size or colour.
• If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
• Shipping and delivery details are shown at checkout in the Shopify store.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several days to show it.
